Journal Entry 10 on June 9, 2025 Did I share with you about my new practice of self-compassion to BEAT Burnout? If I have not, then let me explain. During my time of meditation, I discovered most of my burnouts stemmed from my mindset and attitude about my circumstances, not the circumstances themselves. I also realized that beating myself up because life is full of imperfections resulted from a childhood of full of rejection. —Perfection ruled and reigned. Four months ago, I would ruminate over my lack of consistency and integrity by letting my readers down. I made a promise to post this newsletter every Wednesday. — Thus, I have no excuse for not posting my newsletter for two weeks. Well, self-compassion taught me to say Big hair; I don’t care.
